Warrant to Recover Property
When other methods of recovery have failed, Resurgam Law can file a Warrant to Recover Property in your local general sessions court and obtain a legal judgment against the debtor. A civil warrant is similar to a warrant to recover property. However, a civil warrant is used in the financial services industry in order to recover money owed rather than rented or leased property. A civil warrant carries the same legal rights as a warrant to recover, allowing for wage garnishments and other post-judgment actions.
